Branch Manager (Full-time) - Blair Office
RVR Bank is seeking a dedicated, community-minded leader to serve as Branch Manager of our Blair Office. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive branch success, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop branch staff through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Oversee daily banking operations including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and opening new accounts.
- Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Represent RVR Bank with integrity in every client and community interaction.
- Support special projects, cross-departmental needs, and team coverage as required.

- Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and training as needed.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Previous sales and money handling experience preferred, but willing to train successful candidates.

Job Type:
- Full-time
- Pay Range: $21.00-23.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, Rotating Saturday 8 am – 12 pm
- Work Location: In person, Blair, NE
Experience:
- Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cash Handling: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
